Pablo Garcia Borboroglu, Ph.D., is a researcher at the National Research Council of Argentina (CONICET). Borboroglu implemented the first management plan for Punta Tombo, the largest and most accessible Magellanic Penguin Colony on the planet. His Pew Marine Fellowship will promote protection and science-based conservation of penguin populations through the formation of a Global Penguin Society.
